SIIM26 + InformaticsTECH Expo offers CEUs for individuals with a full meeting registration and daily meeting registration.
If you require accessibility or special needs under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), contact SIIM at 703-723-0432, ext. 323. Additionally, the online registration form includes a question about accessibility and other special needs. SIIM will follow up with any attendee who answers “yes” to this question.
Registration confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you have not received an email confirmation within 48 hours, contact SIIM at 703-723-0432 ext. 323 or jmontgomery@siim.org.
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to jmontgomery@siim.org. The substitute must pay any difference in the registration rate based on membership status. If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on organizational letterhead verifying the substitution.
By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow SIIM and/or its affiliates to use your image and likeness, including photographs, videos, and all media formats, captured at public or official activities for the purpose of marketing, publicity, promotions, member services, and training activities for SIIM.
SIIM is committed to providing an environment that is safe, inclusive, and free of harassment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion during the SIIM26 Meeting.
All participants during SIIM26 are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct Policy at all events and activities, including social events. This includes but is not limited to: SIIM Staff, Sponsors, Speakers, Attendees, Guests, and anyone affiliated with the event.
SIIM has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks. SIIM24 participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Offensive verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, vendor/sponsor, SIIM staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest
- Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations
- Inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, vendor/sponsor, SIIM staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest
- Disruption of presentations or at other events organized by SIIM throughout the meeting
- If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately

Suitcasing refers to the practice of non-exhibiting/non-sponsoring companies or individuals soliciting business in the public spaces of the conference, including another company’s exhibit space, and is specific to imaging informatics/enterprise imaging products and services. This policy is designed to protect the exhibitors, and investments made to participate at SIIM26, while at the same time maintaining the integrity of the exhibit hall. Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the exhibit area, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles, other public spaces, or in another company’s booth will be asked to cease all sales efforts.
SIIM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs.
By registering for SIIM26 you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions:
- I agree not to copy or permit to be copied, in any form or format, without the express written permission of SIIM, any of the contents of the SIIM26 attendee roster. I also agree not to use the roster contents for any commercial, marketing, promotional, or political purposes
- I understand that I am prohibited from recording any education session content unless I have obtained written permission in advance from SIIM
- You are providing permission to receive emails and mailings related to the SIIM Annual Meeting. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials, you may do so by emailing jmontgomery@siim.org
- Conference Badge swapping or sharing is not permitted
